Ongoing Monthly IT Support for Small Businesses

Comprehensive IT Support Solutions Tailored to Your Business Needs


At IT10, we understand that small businesses in the south of England require reliable and efficient IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Our ongoing monthly IT support packages are designed to keep your IT infrastructure in top shape, resolve issues quickly, and offer proactive monitoring and maintenance.

A. Our "Unlimited IT Support with Monitoring" Contract includes:

  1. Unlimited IT Remote Support (Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30; Saturdays 9:00-13:00 for basic support when needed) for all your IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, printers, network switches, routers, Wi-Fi, scanners, emails, and domain hosting.
  2. Hard disk health monitoring through email notifications and/or RMM software.
  3. Daily local and cloud backup monitoring with Monthly or Weekly reporting available. Optional regular backup testing as an add-on.
  4. Antivirus and EDR monitoring with weekly scans and email notifications.
  5. Secure business password management portal account Keeper (extra charges apply).
  6. Automated Microsoft Updates and third-party patching on a weekly basis via RMM software.
  7. IT Support ticketing system.
  8. Unlimited remote access to your computers through our remote access software for users that can be used to work remotely.
  9. Assistance with compliance questionnaires.
  10. Helping users with "How-To" and "How Do I" daily queries. 

B. Additional on-site business-hours support whenever required (extra charges applicable)

C. Additional on-site on-demand maintenance whenever required (extra charges applicable)

D. Additional out-of-hours support - 24/7/365 support whenever required (extra charges applicable)

E. Business-grade antivirus (monthly contract)

F. Business-grade local and cloud backup (average compression rate 70%)

 

Our IT Support contracts start at £20 per computer or laptop per month (minimum charge applicable). We offer 3-month rolling contracts after an initial 12-month commitment. IT10 is a UK-registered limited company, VAT registered, and insured, including professional indemnity. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and are GDPR compliant.

We don't offer SLAs (guaranteed response times) by default, as we prioritize rapid issue resolution based on our 13 years of experience with small businesses - we estimate that most of the daily faults are sorted out in under an hour remotely, many of them within 15 minutes. However, if you require an SLA, please let us know and we can discuss your needs. 

Our team consists of three IT technicians and one administrative staff member, all dedicated to providing you with the best possible service.
